Nigel is a director at GS Verde Corporate Finance, as well as a founder of GS Verde Group. He brings over 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge of the corporate sector. Nigel advises on everything from disposals and acquisitions to investments, stock market listings and insolvency. He has been a recognised Legal 500 Recommended Lawyer, as well as Dealmaker of the Year.

Craig Blackmore

Bio

Craig leads the GS Verde Corporate Finance team and has nearly 30 years experience in finance and accounting. Craig has led a number of successful transactions including MBO's at Paramount Interiors and S3 Advertising. Prior to joining GS Verde Corporate Finance, Craig worked with Deloitte and has also held finance director positions at a number of UK and international businesses, as well as providing outsourced financial services to SMEs.

Mike Fenwick

Bio

Mike is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in a variety of roles assisting both SME's and multi-national companies with accounting, strategic planning, corporate finance and grants advice. Mike's experience prior to joining GS Verde includes 22 years at PWC and 7 years at Broomfield and Alexander. Mike has also spent some time in industry as a finance director for a fast growing SME.

Lauren Couch

Lauren has worked in financial services for 22 years, 16 years at RBS, BGF and latterly as CRO of BOOST&Co. Lauren has a large variety of experience, from multiple professions, from BD to Marketing, portfolio management, operations and credit. Lauren is also highly knowledgable in law thanks to her Law Degree.

Joel Dunning

Bio

Joel has over a decade of funding and financial advisory experience across Wales & the South West, with corporate deal-making and restructuring roles in banking at HSBC, as well as time in industry as a manufacturing Finance Director. Joel advises on a broad range of matters such as acquisition and disposal advisory, business valuations, capital raising and outsourced financial advisory.

Dave Shalliday

Bio

Dave has enjoyed an illustrious career in the banking and finance industry, having held senior roles at RBS and most recently as Regional Director for Santander Corporate & Commercial. With over 40 years of experience, predominantly in the Mid-Corp and Commercial markets across Wales and the South West of England, his track record of working with management teams to build successful companies across many different sectors adds complimentary skills and knowledge to the team at Verde.
